Please let me know if you were on Dianette and if you went on one after it that was ok or similar. Or if you know of a good one with not many side effects.
I've been on Dianette for three yrs and i'm not really moody, haven't put on weight and my skin in fab!!! Plus I've never got pregnant!!! Don't really want to come off it but doctors say I should as it is high risk. Please let me know of a good, similar one anyone knows of (but not high risk, as if it's good I'd like to stay on it!)

I've been on a pill similar to Dianette (the U.S. version of it is called Yasmin) and I had some problems with being on it starting out but then things settled down til the 6 month.
You have mentioned your doctors want you to come off because it is high risk. I'm not sure high risk for what but I would recommend asking your doctor a few more questions about the risk and let them know how much you like it and would really like to stay on it.
As for one lower than the Dianette, there is one in the U.S. (but don't know what they call it there) that is called Mircette that can be good for helping with acne and other things.
But please talk to your doctor again and keep asking questions til you are satisfied.

I suggest you take the advice of "Sokoki" which really sounds best to me.
