A pantomine dragon costume when I was eight in a school play. I was the head end of the dragon, and my own head was at the back of the mouth, having to be constantly tilted back to keep the dragon head from drooping. The bloke behind me probably had it worse though...

I recently bought some new dress shoes. The first time I wore them (for only 2 hours, mind you) my feet hurt and I ended up with 8 blisters. Ouch!!!!

My wedding dress ... I let my sister lace the corset up and I litterally had bruises in perfect lines where the boning had been in the corset

Some wedgie inducing jeans. GAWD i was uncomfortable. They looked REAL good, though. It was years ago and before my butt looked like a "frog butt". Now I go for comfort.
