KHII? Are you sure this is something in Dragon Quest VIII?
The only KHII I know of is Kingdom Heats 2, another game by the same company that made Dragon Quest (Square-Enix) that came out after Dragon Quest VIII.

I think I know what this is all about. You asked about Orichalcum, which because both games (Dragon Quest VIII and Kingdom Hearts II) are made by Square Enix, they sometimes use the same names for items, such as Orichalcum being a rare Alchemy ingredient in both games.

Orichalcum in Dragon Quest VIII is found found as a reward at Princess Minnie's Castle-prize for 83 Mini Medals, at Godbird's Eyrie (Light World) level 5 inside a treasure chest, at the Black Citadel inside a chest and inside a barrel, in the Heavenly Dais (after beat the game) on level 2 inside a chest as a normal drop by Ruin who is a boss at the Black Citadel and as a rare drop by Metal King Slime and Pandora's Box.

And

The Invisible Swordsman is found on the Dragovian Path B4 or Heavenly Dais level 1, both of which are after you beat the game and get the extra level.

This is all because you are trying to make the Liquid Metal Sword because I mentioned in a previous answer to one of your questions that it was one of the best items for the Hero to use?

You can only warp to places you have already been to, so if you haven't yet been to Morrie's Place, you won't be able to warp there. If its the case that you have already been there, yet still can't warp there via those methods mentioned, then there's something wrong with either your game console or the game itself

I'm confused by your question. I've beat DQ8, and I'm not sure what "khll" is. I don't remember seeing or hearing anything even remotely like that. Here is a great walkthrough I used for DQ8, and it was really helpful.
