The only thing I can think of that's remotely close to this description is "Call on Me" by Eric Pyrdz. But Jessica Simpson isn't in it and the instructor is a girl...
And it's "Techno" not Texno, and really it should be called EDM(Electronic Dance Music) because Techno is a genre of EDM. Sorry I had to clarify that..
