Old school was from the street....the new stuff is from a corporate boardroom.
Old school had real musicians/vocalists...the new stuff is programmed by computers and other studio gimmicks.
Old school spoke from the heart...the new stuff speaks of myths.
Old school was the voice of poets, comparable with the Beat Generation. Old school rap is where it's at.
