If you're 26, then you are not all that young, so that leaves me to believe that it is something you are saying or doing. No one just meet you and find out you're 26 and make that assumption. Ask yourself, what kind of conversation you are holding? How old are the men you are trying to talk too? It is not just your age, girls 18 years old are getting man young and old to talk to them.

go look in the mirror. do you like the girl you see? you are the one that has to face that person every day for the rest of your life and trust me, you need to like the person in the mirror. she may be innocent and naive but that's not a bad thing.
personally i think it is refreshing to find someone who
doesn't look, act, or seem as though they have been around the block a few times so don't be changing yourself to suit anyone.
stand tall and be proud of who you are, as for men, don't worry about the ones that aren't interested in you. there is someone out there for you and when you least expect it he'll show up. until then keep your innocence, your naivety - thats part of your personality, and your charm!
good luck sweetie!

what do u think about what people tell u? is it true? false?
it shouldn't matter doesn't it? ever read the fable of the donkey, the man and his son?
Dear, all men are created equal. some may percept u are more.. some less. but do u know what counts? its what u really think and carry in ur heart!
innocence and naivity depends solely on how u look at it. positively it means more to explore and a whole lot to give. negatively, its boring and cold.
which will u take? i ask u now.. once u made up ur answer, then u know what to do with them men who tell otherwise ;)

Innocent, is good. Naive could be a turn off if you are always getting used by others and some one tries to tell you, but you don't listen.

People say that because they find you to be too trusting which is really another word for trust. This is a plus, not a minus unless carried to an extreme where it interferes with your common sense.
It is only a turn off for men who have something salacious on their minds. You just keep being yourself and do not worry. He will come along.

People generally say this because it is actually what they are. I recommend not to go with the flow and follow others. Just simply best be yourself and get involved with people and activiites that are simular to yours. If someone is doing something bad and you won't do it and their reply to you is "your too innocent"; well just always remember when the bad comes back around to them they won't like it. Then you will honestly know who the niave one is.

It might be some growing experience, but listen to what they say. You might put a question out there, if they think this is a real turn off and how to change.

Maybe they are just trying to find a nice way to tell you that you are immature. A lot of guys find innocence very attractive.
