No-you can't appeal it. You have definately lost the right to appeal by pleading quilty. What must be done to reverse it is to go back to the court where the guilty plea was entered and try to convince the judge you did not know what you were doing when you pled guilty. Generally, judges are very careful to explain the ramifications of a guilty plea, so that should be extremely difficult, particularly for an educated person. In Senator Craig's case, he does have a degree in political science and went to graduate school, although I don't think he has his Master's degree. An ordinary person with his education would not be able to overturn a guilty plea.

I don't think so... but if anyone can do it I am sure a US senator could exhaust all the loopholes in the book until he twists our legal system to his gain.
