I can read, I can write and yet my life is still one big fight.
Wine and women may not be all I crave but one of those may carry me to my grave.
I haven't been down since I began to crawl but some people are trying to get back there.
So yeah I think if it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.
And luck better no be a lady tonight I 've got to much work to be distracted by a lady right now.

I would say so. I got pregnant with my youngest son one month after having surgery on my cervix. They said I wouldn't make it past the first month. I carried him up to two weeks before his do date. I spent the last month of the pregnancy on bedrest, but he is healthy and alive! That is some luck.

No because if we didnt have bad luck then we wouldnt know what luck was and it wouldnt seem as special.

Sure,I enjoy immense good fortune in my job and family. But you're part right - without the bad you wouldn't appreciate the good,in fact you wouldn't even have the ability to perceive it as such.
