You can make a quick bread and use this in a banana bread recipe. You might have to bake it a tad longer. Also, it works good in smoothies if you use yogurt and some orange juice. You can also make a really cool salad dressing, but you have to guess how much lemon juice to add. Mix it well with the salad and voila! Another jar gone! Don't forget punch!

Yeah, my cousin had a case of this stuff and I told him about the smoothies. That's how they used ALL of it!

Typical smoothie: 1 jar fruit baby food, 1/4 - 1/2 cup orange juice, 1-2 cups vanilla yogurt. Put all into blender. Blend about 30 seconds. Sprinkle with chocolate jimmies (optional) and serve.

Punch: 1 jar fruit baby food. Add 1-2 quart ginger ale, 7 up or similar sparkling bubbly stuff. Place baby food and 3 cups of ginger ale into mixer. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into larger container and pour in remaining ginger ale to taste. Add ice. Serve.

I make Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes and toss extra babyfood into the batter and omit the oil that's called for in box mixes..

2 Cups Bisquick
2 envelopes or 1 cup quick oats prepared and cooling
1C. milk
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 Eggs
2-3 jars babyfood

In a mixing bowl combine dry ingriedients.. In another bowl beat the two eggs and add vanilla and 1/2C. of milk and baby food for thinner pancakes add more milk... Mix throughly and add the cooled oatmeal mixture.. Fold into dry ingriedients.. DO NOT OVER MIX batter should have lumps.. Heat skillet or griddle and and grease with a pat or two of butter... pour 1/4 c. of batter per pancake and flip after sides become dry and the top stops bubbling.. These pancakes freeze very well....

*You can also mix it with vanilla pudding or add it to cake mixes to keep them moist and more healthy once again omitting the oil....

Make smoothies or frozen treats with it..
