Another Minnesotan, yeah! I was born and raised in Minnesota--went to college in Minneapolis, briefly lived in Paris and then moved to New York City.

As much as I love living in NY, I do miss MN much more than I ever thought I would. I've traveled all over the world now. I've seen a lot of great places, met a lot of great people, but I'm still thankful that I grew up in MN.

To answer your question, I'm glad that I have left my state and have been able to travel all over the world. It's great to see what's out there... but I'll always be Minnesotan at heart.

Just do it!! You can always move back, or visit your home state often.

I stayed in my home state for 45 years, even though I travelled extensively, it always seemed too much to pick up and move.

Then, four years ago, I sold my home, bought a travel trailer, and moved to another state, then into Canada. I live in Canada now, and love it!! I have a "home base" in Vancouver, B.C., but travel all over as much as I can.

I miss my kids and grandkids, miss things about the U.S. and my home state, but I have absolutely NO regrets!! I love the life I am living now and experiencing new things.

Don't be afraid to try new things, and don't wait, make plans, save money, have a contingency fund to return if you decide you want to, and live life your way!!

Same here. I was born and raised in Texas. Don't get me wrong, I love being in Texas, but it has crossed my mind to go to another state. I have been so use to the slow pace that I don't think I am ready for a fast pace town. I know I will miss my friends and family which is kind of what's holding me back.

Yes. I was born in Missouri and I still live here today and throughout the years I have traveled the world and seen many other places that I think would be better to live in than Missouri. In the U.S., I have always wanted to move to Colorado, Arizona, Florida, or Alaska. In Europe, I have always wanted to live in the U.K. or Ireland because it was beautiful there and you can speak the language (english). In Central America, Costa Rica was beautiful and tropical and had many Americans that had moved there. It attracted me to move there.

definite that's achieveable. The Selective provider device remains in place, adult adult males nevertheless could sign in with it. in spite of the undeniable fact that, if there is yet another draft that's going to could be a usual draft, possibly based upon a lottery device. women will could be secure too as you do no longer could be a male to fly wrestle jets, fly tanker jets, artwork as a nurse or physician or chaplain. There could be no justification to draft a guy to a non-wrestle activity without sharing the accountability with women. and don't think of drafting women won't take place. for the time of Vietnam they could no longer get adequate nurses to volunteer so as they had a particular draft of 900 MALE nurses. in the present day a healthful could be filed using sexual discrimination and in the event that they choose for to draft nurses, they are going to could pass after the girls as properly using fact the adult adult males.
