I am looking for stay order as granted to defendent in case no. cs 24/06 or m/17/2007 by ADJ, Sh. Vimal Kr. Yadav of district court of Tis Hazari, Delhi

What's the problem in this case,just go & examine the case file of this case. If the learned ADJ had passed such an stay order it will be in the case file/record & you can apply for the certified copy of the same,if there is no such order then it means no stay is granted in the matter. All the court files are open for general public inspection on payment of the required court fee if any one is a party to the suit/case or get the help from your lawyer/advocate to do so as the lawyers/advocates can do so as officers of the court even if you may not be a party to this suit/case.

You can go to the court of the ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and file an application for a certified copy of the order in the Copy Section of the court.

go to the court of sh vimal yadav and contact the ahlmad of the court. u have to pay a fee and u get it. In any case the same is not available on yahoo answers.

Pune may have also forked over some cash in the exchange. I think there are caps on what teams can spend on players so maybe this was a way to bypass that rule. Maybe one of DD bowlers is injured or is looking likely to break down? Who knows the real reasons for the transfer?
