Knee caps float over the knee joint, and they are kept in place by a bunch of muscles and tendons pulling in opposite directions. Its like tying rubber bands to each side of a square and adjusting the tension on the bands to center the square over a certain point. You can break one of the rubber bands if you pull too hard in one direction.

Hardly anyone has knee caps that track in perfect alignment. Usually, a person with a knee cap that is too high has either thigh muscles (quadriceps) that are too tight or under-exercised. The tracking can usually be corrected by stretching and exercise, but it takes months or even a year.

When a knee caps does not track well, the ligaments in the knee joint are susceptible to injury because there is too much tension on one or more ligaments. If the tension is too much, the ligaments can tear, which makes a popping sound. The ligament can tear partly or completely. Partial tears often heal completely on their own, but complete tears require surgery to regain normal use of the knee.

If it grow to be this week i could say no way considering the fact that heels positioned rigidity on your knees. yet via October your knee must be plenty greater solid. in simple terms be solid with it now, and wearing heels for a nighttime next month should not be a difficulty. (i does no longer propose stilettos nonetheless). Oh, and in simple terms verify you do no longer fall on your knee. perhaps prepare dancing interior the shoes so which you get used to them. I mean, prepare in some weeks, no longer now.
