try sheridan the places there are more readily available and there are some cute places there through private owners and yeah definately try craigslist . good luck . Hard to find a place to live period . good luck .

You need a private owner, why? Your credit is lousy and property management companies are not going to approve your application?
Try craigslist.org but I seriously hope you're not being shady and trying to screw someone over on rent....one word, karma.
