Personally I like Florida in the winter and NY in the spring, summer and fall as the best and North Dakota as worst and hey If you're thinking of moving to Florida I'd love to find you a home here in Ocala!!!

New Jersey is the most densely populated state and that is because it is close to so many other places (NYC, PHilly) and has some good beaches, Atlantic City, it's an expensive state but I like it here.
