In a way. If you do bad things, you will probably suffer consequences. But I don't think just because you might steal something that someone will steal from you. What would probably happen is that you would feel guilty or get caught. Eventually if you did it enough your whole life would become a total mess. In the end, it pays to good.

Yes completely, it might not get you straight away but bad things will come back to bite you in the butt and you will always be rewarded for good things in some way.
