First of all, if he is a year old and has a couple of teeth, stop grinding. Chop cooked veggies fine to start him on the step up to table food.
Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays then transfer to zip lock bags for future meals.
Add some peas, green beans, squash, or anything that you see in baby jars at the store but want to make yourself.
Puree some cooked chicken, etc in the blender and freeze. Chop soft fruits such as banana and peaches, pears, etc. Let him feed himself with his hands. Make eating fun and messy.....gets 'em going every time.

I have a 14-mth-old and when she was a year old, her doctor said that I could give her pretty much anything and everything, even spicy food (not too spicy, though). The only thing you should watch out for is that the food shouldn't be a choking hazard, meaning nothing too hard or too big for her to swallow.
You can start giving him soft cooked foods, cut into small pieces, there is no real need to grind anymore.

You are indeed proving yourself a good mother.Congratulations. Other answerers have already offered their suggestions which also I find quite positive. A slight addition I would like to suggest is to add even bitter and ev en pungent --albeit within limits--to the child because the human body needs all the nine juices for a balanced growth. Do not overdo any of this even of sweet things. The attitude of giving him square meals should continue also later in life or children tend to be very choosy which affect s their overall growh.

Yes, that is very healthy! That dish contains protein, fiber, and vitamins from the veggies. Very nice job! Keep feeding your baby a variety of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and proteins (beans, meats, tofu, eggs) & make sure your baby is getting 4-5 servings of calcium per day & iron rich foods. It is perfectly fine to give your baby table food now as long as they are cooked well & cut into small pieces. Avoid salty, sugary and heavily buttered/oiled foods. Best wishes!

You could add a half boiled egg yoke if your baby is not allergic to eggs.
Eggs are probably the best nutrition a growing child can have.

That sounds great!
You can start giving him everything you eat now unless it's really spicy - just try not to put salt in it. (Which is much healthier for you too!)
