I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean it is locked in place and won't move? Or are you talking about temperature? If you have a join that has locked, see a doctor. It is either an injury or infection to the fluid around the joint. Either way, you will need some testing to decide a treatment plan. If you have a shoulder that is frozen (like temperature) go the hospital NOW...You will require gradual warming with constant monitoring....Though how you are alive with a frozen shoulder is beyond me.

Is very serious. If you think you have one, see your family dr ASAP/ he wil lrefer you to an orthopaedic specialist.
