don't let the situation control you, you control the situation.
the more you don't move, the more likely you'd get used to not moving.
the less you move, the more time you will think.
the more you think, the more you'll get depressed.
the more you get depressed, the more you destroy yourself.
you can do it,
you just hafta have the will.
PS. don't let yourself destroy you.

I've been there too. When you're stretched in too many directions, it feels like you're drowning and it'll never get better.
This won't work if you have kids, but would you be able to take one day at home, where you totally ignore your obligations and do exactly what you want? Sleep as late as you can, eat what you feel like, ignore the phone, read a book all day if that's what you want...whatever you feel like doing. It's not exactly a vacation or a wild time out, but you might find that a little break gives you enough refreshment and perspective to carry you through this tough time. There's something very cathartic about disowning your regular schedule even just for one day.
If you do have kids, do you have a friend or family member who can look after them so you can take one day to yourself just to do nothing?
If you can't take a day, try even a few hours. As much as you're exhausted, get some exercise to get good endorphins flowing and improve your sleep. Crank your favourite music for a bit and destress. Try to do things that occupy your mind enough to stop thinking about everyone's problems, but not so much that you find what you're doing stressful.
Whatever you are able to do, please try to do something. If you sacrifice your health to look after everyone else, you won't be much use to anyone. Good luck to you, and remember that sometimes the little things can help carry you through...

I talk and research on the internet, read a book, watch a funny movie, play a video game, play with my dogs, or do an exercise video. Sometimes it helps to talk things over with a friend or family member too. I like writing my feelings down on paper too because it helps me release them.

You need to learn how to say NO. You are headed for a physical and mental breakdown because you have taken on too much.
