Do you think Creed will ever get back together?

And this thread is not for flaming Creed.

Thanks in advance!

I doubt it. Their decision to break up didn't seem like a hasty one. It seemed that the relationship between Scott Stapp and the band was going downhill all throughout the year of 2002. Eventually, the other members just left and started Alter Bridge and apparently haven't talked to Stapp since. Stapp said he didn't want the band to break up, but I guess he was the odd man out. It's too bad because I actually saw Creed going on to be one of America's biggest bands in recent history, but Stapp can't seem to keep it together. I still enjoyed his solo album and Alter Bridge as well. It would be cool to see a Creed reunion, but I really don't see it happening.

No. The band got rid of Scott Stapp because they couldn't get along and Stapp would show up to shows drunk or high and wasn't capable of putting on a good show. Scott's solo album is pretty good, but the rest of the band is doing amazing things. If you didn't know, they started the band Alter Bridge with a new singer. It is amazing. Not having Stapp has allowed Tremonti to really expound on his guitar and show off his skills.

We will have better odds of another ice age during the next ten years than a Creed reunion. Given a choice of the two events, I'll purchase a warm coat.

Also, if you really like a band, why would you need to preface it with "not for flaming." The only conclusion I can think of is that you know in your heart of hearts they are indeed flame-worthy, especially one Scott Stapp.

I could see Scott Stapp doing what Axl Rose did, and that is to hire all new musicians, and take them on the road, calling them 'Creed', with the singer being the only original member left. It's well documented that the members who formed Alter Bridge aren't big Stapp fans.

I will flame Scott Stapp's solo album and say the reunion had better be sooner rather than later.

It's a shame because they made great music and Scott's solo album was a damn good album but let's face it he's a mess. He's a drunk and already the old perverted guy, living in a van by the river.

Everyone in Alter Bridge says "no".

I pray that they don't! Scott Stapp is one of the most whiny musicians on the planet!

If they do ever return, I'm going into hybernation until they go away again.
