i didn't hear it that way ..i heard that a mother had 3 young boys ..she was bathing the youngest ...and the two other children were playing in another room and one of them injured the other with a knife then he paniced because his brother was bleeding so he screamed and opened the door and ran to the street and was hit by a car and died ...at the same time the mother heared the scream so she left the youngest boy in the bathroom and went to the other room to see what's happening ..then she saw the injured boy dead ..he bled to death...and at the same time the youngest boy drowned in the bathroom

UNFORTUNATELY i read it in ahram of Saturday , but it was not mentioned in akhbar , but it was front page , i felt it was just a scary movie more scary than any imagination of a director , i was so sad for them , i even called my mom and told her to let her know there are more sorrow in this world than what we have , i feel so sorry for them , one day they have three kids , the second they have nothing may god support them and give them patience ,
