In the 2000 primary season he came out of nowhere with a name that cons would love and much more campain money than it seemed reasonable for a one term governor to have, I was suspicious that he was already bought and paid for. But I didn't have enough to convict him.

Then when he and his party crafted the "patriot" act, (as if having reservations about it was unpatriotic) that's when I was pretty darn sure my worst fears were true.
And I've seen no reason to doubt since.
It's a shame.

I actually liked him to a degree when we went to Afghanistan. He had brought the country together in the hunt for bin laden, but then he used that leverage to go into Iraq and polarize the country, so , i think about the time we went to iraq. Of course, i thought he was bad for the economy before that, but only after iraq did i truly hate him and i do mean hate.

Everything he spoke of doing he has gone back on and nothing he said to collect support and votes has he lived up to .

Years ago when I seen him on the front page of the Houston Chronicle being led away from being naked in the Hilton Hotel pool, thank goodness they had him wrapped in a bath towel. The same night he got on a table at a nightclub and danced naked.
