No, they certainly did not get what they deserved. I find it disturbing that anyone would think such actions were justified for the sake of maintaining order.

No one should be shot for using their 1st amendment rights. Heck, no one should be banned from Yahoo for it, either, but it happens to most of my Conservative friends around here.
