I want to donate everything useful and have the rest burned. I don't care where the ashes go. I think that after harvesting your organs, tissue or whatever else is useful the medical center should dispose of whats left without charge to the family. I think a program like that would increase donor registrations.

Well, I sure won't have use for organs when I'm dead, will I? So yep, those are getting donated if they are usable. Actually I think organs should automatically be donated unless a person disallows that. But whatever.
I definitely prefer cremation. Seems much cleaner. I've told people I know that I wanna be cremated, and then my ashes will be divided up and given to my closest family and friends. They can do what they like with them, keep 'em or do the wind scattering thing, whatever floats their boats.

I want to be immeadiatly Frozen for display purposes, then placed unembalmed into a pine box
otherwise, cremation would be fine, but Im not sure about the spreading of ashes because nowhere is really that special to me, but if later on, say a hundred years from now my decendants get to have a wacky tv sitcom moment with my ashes when someone spills me and refills the jar with soemthign else, that would be groovy.

yes. I am an organ donor and I also wish to be cremated and put where all my family can come and have a fun picnic or get together while I am there with them. And if my organs can of be use to help save someone else, then that is how I want to be remembered.

I would like to be cremated, and have my ashes spread all over the beach. I am not sure how much cremation costs, but to me it seems much cheaper than being buried. Plus, coffins and the burial seem so archaic. I would rather have medical students prod at me and use my organs for good than have worms eat me slowly bit by bit. But you will be dead and I really doubt you will feel anything.

I want all my spare parts donated and the rest of me cremated and stored in a coffee can (like in The Big Lebowski), and held onto until my husband dies (assuming I go first, if he goes first then I'll hold on to his ashes until I die), then I want our ashes scattered together (aw, how romantic, haha). I don't like the idea of rotting in the ground and bugs eating at my corpse. Plus, I don't want my son to feel tied to some grave and feel obligated to visit there...I just want him to know that his dad's and my ashes are out in the world together somewhere.

I would like to be buried in a wooden coffin like the Amish make. I don't want to be embalmed or have open casket ceremony. I want to give anything they would take to help someone else. I think that we should go back to the earth. I want to have pictures of me and my family, friends and church family having good times surrounding my casket and I want them to have a celebration of my life, not a sad farewell.

Burn baby, Burn!!
... cremate me & stuff my ashes into skyrockets. Blast 'em over the ocean at a big ol' beach party wake in my honor with all my friends in attendence. (Let me put one last smile on the faces of my friends).

I want to be buried with dignity, not shoved in some oven after being harvested for organs and having my genitals ripped off by teenage medical students in college.

Cremated, just to save space and so the worms won't eat me. :)
