And treason and planning the 911 "terrorist" attacks?

What do you mean she wouldn't have the power to? She could make the Justice Department and the Attorney General pursue the case. They could even fake evidence if they had too.

A vote for Hillary will mean "business as usual." Even if she wanted to, she does not have the power to indict any former leader. There would first, have to be valid, indisputable proof that actual war crimes took place. Also, it would take an act of Congress along with a compliant judiciary to carry out any potential indictments against Bush and any of his advisors.

Needless to say, it's not happening.

I doubt it. Hillary doesn't have the spine for it. She'd crumble in seconds under the political weight of the whole ordeal.

And 'planning the 911 attacks' is just acinine. Even if he *did* have **ANYTHING** to do with that, nobody could ever pull together enough evidence to prove it. Why? Because Bin-laden (whether he did it or not) has taken 'credit' for it, and has owned the entire incident.

Besides all of that, what makes you think that our own government would do that? No, I wouldn't put it past them, but think of the consequences if it *EVER* got out. It would be instant anarchy, and nothing could stop it. Why trust a government any farther after it nuked two commercial buildings in the middle of New York, endangering the lives of millions and directly causing the death of thousands?

Yeah. So the conspiracy theorists have a meager leg to stand on. I'm just saying that it's terribly infeasable.

Greetings. indict bush for war crimes? when she voted to commit them? War crimes are a serious thing. does anyone really think that Hillary on the Hill will have such courage as to try the president she has voted for her entire time in office for war crimes? I believe in the Easter Bunny. But not that one. If bush is judged guilty of war crimes, under our law all those who aided and abetted the commission of those crimes are also guilty. Which includes her highness Hillary of course.

No . She can only focus on the future . If only someone would hold him accoutable for the atrocities that he has committed against the Iraqies and the world but No-one (not even Hillary ) has the balls to make him stand up and face what he has done to the whole world .

So you want Hillary to fake the evidence against Bush because you know he did nothing for which he can honestly be impeached. Are you too young or unaware to remember Dan Rather ? You liberals never learn. You think you can make up lies to demonize decent people who protect you and get away with it. You are disgustingly sick. Bush is not a traitor. You are.

If you vote for Hillary and she wins, you will be partly responsible for her becoming the first female U.S president of Great Britain.

We will then have to indict you for a crime against Humanity.

Nope. She is way smarter than you lefties give her credit for. You think she is silly left wing nut case? Naaaaa. She has to fool all the far left whiners to get the nomination. Then she has to run to the center to win the election with the fed up American people. And then she will govern from the middle to get anything done, like Bill did. You far out people will get nothing again. She will do nothing stupid like Bill's gun control that gave the congress to the republicans. Don't expect her to govern from the left. Won't happen. And if nothing else, she will be better than Jimmy Carter.

At the very least, she will. I'm sure there is much more to be done in that regad...probably tie up the RNC and Congress for months.

This might be good for the country, actually, since they will be in each others knickers so much, they will be out of ours.

After all, that government is best which governs least.

Yea, then she can indict the last lying whoremonger that lied to the American people in order to illegally invade Kosovo and get over 4000 American troops killed, not to mention violating the Constitution by putting US forces under UN command, killing scores of innocent civilians, destroying an aspirin factory and helping Kosovo become a Islamo-facist center for the training of terrorists. Plus then she'd be rid of Bill once and for all.
