Is it not possible that the reason the *guilty* McCanns set up the fund in the first place is because they knew eventually the police would be after them and they would need the best lawyers? with the £1m raised they ll be able to buy the best lawyers ever! many people are outraged by the fact they will use this donated money, but it seems nothing can be done by the public.

In my opinion these poor people are totally innocent and are going through hell at the moment! Yes the fund is there for Madeleine but what are the McCanns supposed to do? The idiots who are accusing them should be blamed not them. The investigation by the Portugese police has been shambolic from the start and they are wasting time and resources by accusing these grieving parents. I can't imagine what it must be like for them as they are already blaming themselves for their stupidity at leaving the children unattended. I pray that she will be found hopefully alive.
