AL - Pedroia (unless Brian Bannister can get 3 more wins before the season ends - 15 wins and the 4th lowest ERA in the AL on a team as bad as the Royals should get him ROY)

NL - Braun (I think 30 HR pretty much locked that up)

Chris Young of the Arizona Diamondbacks is only 5 stolen bases away from being the first rookie player to smack 30 home runs and swipe thirty bags in major league history. Braun is worthy , but to be the first of anything in baseball history speakes for it's self ! How can you not give it to him ?

For the AL I'd say Delmon Young (if he's elligible), if not then either Ryan Garko or Dustin Pedroia

For the NL, gotta go with Ryan Braun.
