I'll need more info than that to give you a really good answer, but maybe if you weren't busy all the time? Or if you went random places and meet random people? Trust me, you will find that the people at the store or school or the park or even the laundromat are pretty interesting people. Just talk to them. Tips on approaching and talking to strangers (adapted by the book: The Game by Neil Strauss) When you come up to some one never come up from behind. You'll startle them, but don't come directly from in front either, that's too direct. Come at an angle. If you catch their eye before walking up to them don't just stand there. Smile! Count to three in your head and walk up to them. Don't start conversation with "Excuse me but..." Never be sorry for talking to them. Say something like, "Could I get your opinion on something? My friend was asked to appear on the Maury show saying he had a secret admirer. Do you think he should go?" More likely than not that person would say yes, if they do don't end the conversation, keep it up. "But what if it's a man? TV these days are always trying to mess with people." If they say no you could try "That's what I thought. What if... (statement above). Don't think of it as lying. The author wrote: It's not lying, it's flirting. My rendition for this case is: It's not lying, it's striking up conversation. You could try all sorts of things like that just to talk to someone. Read the book. I HIGHLY recommend it.

that depends on a lot of things, you may be shy, or you may be spending a lot of time with your boy friend, or maybe you talk about him a lot.
all i know is as long as you have one friend, you can be happy, and don't stress on those that do not want to be friends. you cant force someone to be your fiend, and trying to only hurts you.

some people are just that way, they don't need loads of friends for their identity. you may just be one of them. content to have a small circle of people around you. don't worry, you got just enough for what it takes to satisfy yourself, don't compare yourself to other people. how come you got 2 arms when the guy down the street only has one?

Probably because you insulate yourself from everyone else besides him! You don't have friends because you choose not to have them. Plan and simple.

Do you want to have friends?
Usually, your boyfriend/spouse becomes your best friend.
But this doesn't mean you couldn't or shouldn't have other friends.
You should try.
