Yes. People need to realize that animal cruelty is a big deal. There should be harsher punishments, hopefully being suspended or banned and losing his job and fans will be some of the ones Michael Vick should have to deal with.

Yes. But commissioner Roger Goodell can put the decision off for 12-18 months. "Mad Dog Mexico" has some slammer time to do first, and that's not just Bad Newz.

Forget the homers and the bleeding heart "rehab works" people. This former professional athlete was having his home investigated on a drug warrant when they found the dog mistreatment evidence. He also has bought prostitutes for the sole purpose of giving them his venereal diseases. This is not a man to "save".

I think he will get a one year slap and I hope it's two.

Yes, he absolutely should. And he will. And hopefully it will start after he gets out of jail. He can come back in two or three years and resume being the mediocre quarterback he was before he got caught doing all this stuff.

Yes, he should get suspended. He needs more than just a slap on the wrist, but I don't believe he should be banned.

I believe that what he did was wrong but still should be given a second chance.
I think they should puinish him with community service in a dog pound or something like that.

But not suspended that is way to much

Yes. He should not have lied to the commissioner either. That's a very big no no. He will be back though.

you better believe it. i don't even want to see him on the sidelines. people like that have no respect for anything. and i just happen to breed pit bulls. and i'm really tired of people telling me how deadly they can be. the day they picked him up was a black day for football and for pit bulls. i felt so sorry for the dogs. and a sickness in my stomach.

Yes. Absolutely. They impeach presidents for getting a little nookie, why not suspend/ban a player for mercilessly killing animals??
