Data:
3x/5y=0.24
=> x/5y=0.24/3
=>x/y=0.24/3 * 5
=> x/y =0.4

Expression :
5x+4y / 10x -3y
divide numerator & dinomenator by 'y'

=( (5x+4y)/y) /((10x-3y)/y)
=(5x/y + 4y/y) / (10x/y - 3y/y)
=(5x/y+4) / (10x/y -3)
substitute the value of x/y in the above expression
=(5(0.4) + 4) / (10(0.4) -3)
=(2 + 4) /(4 - 3)
= 6/ 1
=6

does that 0,24 mean 0.24? if so, substitution is the key for this equation

3x / 5y = 0.24 solve for either x or y

3x = (.24)(5)y

x = [(.24)(5)y] / 3

use this in the other equation now for x

5[[(.24)(5)y] / 3] + 4y / 10[[(.24)(5)y] / 3] - 3y

now solve for y

2y + 4y / 4y - 3y = 6y / y = 6 . . .

you don't have enough info to solve this last part though.

you need to know what ? is in order to find out where 6 is equal to. 6 = ?

Not enough information. Three unknowns: x, y, and ?. Only two equations.

You can resolve y in terms of x (and vice versa) from the first equation and substitute these into the second equation, but you still end up with an equation with x (or y) and the unknown equality designated "?".

From the first equation: y = 3/(5*0.24)x = 2.5 x
Substitute these into the second equation:
(5x + 4(2.5x))/(10x - 3(2.5x)) = ?
15x/17.5x = ?
