No, it does not cover engine work if the engine fails. Unless it's accident related.

HAHAHAHAHA it doesn't cover everything you think it covers when you have a accident. No mechanical issues are never addressed, they might sell policies...but that happens from wear and tear of "normal use" an that's not covered either.
