The files listed is either missing or corrupt so that Windows can not open and read it. If you are getting this error when attempt to download something, trying clearing the Internet Files and see if that resolves the issue. If you are getting this after you hve done the download, but are attempting to do the install or set up of the program, try moving the download file to another location and then running the set up.

some files are missing from your windows > system 32 folder. if you are able to open a few and unable to open another few then the problem is missing references.
