Just drop the 'in' and your sentence stands as it is. Always avoid ending a sentence with an prepostion....if one is needed it should to be placed close to the verb.

It has created a host for AMAD in which to hold seminars on different topics.

You are not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition. Exceptions do exist however, but this does not seem to be one of those instances.

It should read something like, "It has created a host in which AMAD can hold seminars on a variety of topics."
