2) Italy with 4 world cups
3) Germany with 3 world cups. and so on.
If your asking who the best right now is it has to be Italy they won the most recent World Cup.

Though England has many class players , I'll sasy that they are next to World Champions Brazil..

Of course, it is always Brasil. Closely behind are Italy,
Argentina and France. But the last week Italy-France game
was one of worst game in recent time.
