The 3rd Army, from their breakout from Normandy at Avronche, to their race across France to the Rhine, to their rescue of the 101st at Bastogne. Given a free reign, he could've beat the Red Army to Berlin but was held in check by his higher command.

During Pattons career he was in command of:

2nd Armored Division
Western Task Force of U.S Army
7th Army which invaded Sicily.
The First Army Group, (A fictional unit set up to confuse the enemy into thinking the D day invasion would land at Calais)

And of course what he is most known for, the Third Army.

His most famous unit would probably be the 101st Airborne, which he relieved at Bastogne.

I would have to say it would be the Third Army because he was buried with the troops of those who died during the war in late 1945.
