List it on craigslist.com you will have a better chance then on here.... make sure its staged and competively priced, Florida is the second leading foreclosure state in the nation right now so the market is flooded.

Probably not going to happen for free. Even on ebay housing, there will be a fee. You could maybe advertise it on craigslist.
Why don't you advertise in local papers? That way people looking for a house in your area would be more likely to see it.
It might be worth your while to bite the bullet of paying a commission, and get a realtor. There are a lot of pitfalls to selling a house yourself, although it certainly can be done.
