I agree. It was a dumb mistake, but the Manager is the one who should have ensured the meat was tossed. Mistakes happen, and it was not a deliberate attempt to sabotage the food. But again..the Manager needs to take some responsibility for this. I know one store where they would for sure.

Thats is so dumb, I think the Cop just likes throwing his weight around, It was an accident and no one can accept that.
