i would like to do work on my legs and stomach so by next summer i could look better i go to curves 4 times a week but i need to work on these areas if any one knows how to lose weight around these or the whole body please let me know thanks! also any good items to eat would be good to!!!!

Walking can be very helpful. Also, sometimes when sitting in a chair such as at your computer you can try pulling in your stomach muscles. I've talked to others who have done this and found it helpful to trying to lose weight. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well for additional ideas.

As for foods, eating lots of fruits and veggies can help in aiding you with your efforts.
