No, not yet. Their magic number is 15. If it was 14, they could clinch a tie if they win all week and Philly loses all week. Not sure who they are playing yet. The other divisions and the Wild Card are too close.

They're not gonna clinch this week unless they win 8 in a row and the Phillies also lose that many in a row.
However, the Mets should clinch the NL East around September 20th or so.

No. The Mets' MN is 15, they have seven games through next Monday, the Phillies have eight (including their matchup this coming weekend). So even if the Mets went on a win streak and the Phils pholded utterly, the clinch wouldn't happen before Monday the 17th.

Not technically but effectively. If they actually manage to run the table at home against the Phils and Braves, the NL east will be, for all intents and purposes, done.
