depends on the state...every state has a commissioner of banks.....
go to the search engine and put the state's name...and license info. this will normally show you the state's licensing dept who also handles complaints.
also, make sure you have proof or you will be slandering against someone!
mortgage brokers charging a high interest rate isnt taking advantage....if they are LYING on the loan documents than that's a felony.
remember that BANKS dont deal with state government as they are FEDerally chartered entities.

There has to be a state board that they all report to. Call your local bank and find out the number from them then file a report.
