Practice all the stuff you missed the last time. If you and your significant other end up in screeming matches during your prac sessions, then get another family member or close friend to teach you.
Pay attention to all the details. Adjust the seat, fasten the seat belt, check and adjust the mirrors left side, right side and rear view. If you can invest in those rotating tiny round stick on mirrors for the side mirrors do so. They help a great deal in the parking process.
Get used to driving the car you will be taking the exam in, make sure it meets all the safety requirements and is neat and clean. (signals, brakes etc all work...).
Greet the examiner, present yourself as a conservative and sharp focused person. Listen to what they are saying and then follow the instruction. Pay attention to traffic and signs. Come to a full stop at intersections when there is a real or implied stop sign (real is the sign or signal, implied is when you are to make a right turn at an intersection without a red light or stopsign . assuming this is in US!).
Relax, take deep breaths, drive with caution, stay focused on the particulars and you will do just fine.
Practice braking and maintaining speed, accelerate slowly, use signals and you will get your license in no time.
BestOLuck and let us know how things went. Pulling for ya.
NOTE: Those little round rotating mirrors are generally available in big department stores or auto parts stores. They provide wide angle view and can be adjusted so that you can see the parking lot lines next to the car and when parallel parking you can see the curb too! They run less than a 5 for the pair. Do follow instructions when sticking them on the side view mirrors.

what time is your driving test at ? i passed my driving test in march and from the second i started untill the second he told me i had passed i swear there was no cars on the road maybe they had been warned i was on the road lol
the best time to do your test is when the schools are in and after lunch
but anyway you already have a time so forget that
stay calm relax try not to think about him being there and remember everytime he writes something on the paper does not mean it is a mark against you i was told not to look at what he done but its kind of hard not to... sometimes when we want something so much it never happens and by the sound of it you really want this emgin yourself in the car alone or if it makes you feel more at ease ask your driving instructor to come in the car with you he will have to sit in the back and cannot talk or make eye contact with you remember you do not have to answer any questions your test instructor asks you this will show signs of concentration
i told my test instructor when i first got in the car i would not be talking because i feel i would lose concentration
most of all good luck observation the more you look in the mirror the better always indicate allways look before you carry out anything
let us know how you get on

just relax. make sure you get a good nights sleep, and just exaggerate looking at the mirrors and checking out for safety. they'll be more impressed if it takes you five min to do a reverse round a corner because every few seconds you checked to make sure there was no oncoming traffic and u used your mirrors correctly, then if you pulled a flawless one in three seconds. remember, the examiner is just a person, nerves are generally the no. one cause for people failing, it makes you do stupid things, so just drive safely and confidently and good luck! although if you really do need a few more lessons, you really should take into account that a lesson costs around 20-25 pounds an hr, whilst a test with all it's expenses can cost up to 120 pounds, it's cheaper taking a few more classes till you really feel confident and passing first time, then rushing in to take a test and failing!

I sit my 2nd test in a couple of weeks so I know exactly how you’re feeling. All I can suggest is that you know you can drive and your instructor does or else they wouldn’t have put you in for your test. You would have covered and practised what you failed on so have confidence that you are able to pass this time. Not many people I know have passed first time.
I only received 4 minors but one major I didn’t see a junction and was going to proceed across it without slowing down or even looking. I put that down to nerves, as I have never made a mistake like that even in the early days of me learning to drive.
My advices believe in your ability to drive, as you know you are ready and imagine the examiner is your instructor.
Very best of luck

Practice practice practice!
A practiced driver can drive well even if nervous, startled, frightened, or surprised.
For instance, when my car was hit by a red-light-runner, I automatically steered the car to the side of the road and stopped. Obviously I was in shock at the time, but habit took over.
The same should work for you, if you get plenty of practice. No matter how much "test anxiety" you may experience, if you have plenty of practice you will be all right.

have good rest the night before, have 1 hr lesson with instructor immediately before test
AND
most important, DON'T say things like 'sorry' while driving round, and if you make a mistake, like, when he asks you to pull up where convenient, (after you have stopped and realised mistake) just say, "Oooh, I cannot stop here, there is a bus stop the other side" or whatever it might be,,,,, point out the reason. The examiner sees nervous people every day, he will make allowances. All he wants to see is if you can competently control the vehicle.

Be calm, calm, calm, concentrate and get as much practice in as you can. If you look and feel desperate to pass you will have that on your mind instead of what you are doing.
