It keeps your boobs from bouncing up and down when your exercizing. Be careful when your shopping, most sports bras come in 3 classes, for Low, Medium & High Impact activities. At a 36C, you will probably want one rated for High impact. It will offer the most support. Most general department stores usually only carry the medium impact, if thats the case you can just wear two of them, or go to a sports store like Models, *****, or even a large Nike store, they will have High Impact sports bras.

Training bras help your chest from bouncing. Because that can hurt A LOT.Breast motion is hard to reduce, as the breast does not contain strong intrinsic structural support.Sports bras are more comfortable than regular bras, as they are looser, and they are not underwired. With support only from the skin, the skin can easily be stretched if repeatedly loaded, as occurs during physical exercise. This can cause the breast to sag. Especially if you run a lot, or have long workouts. If you chest is bigger, I would reccomend crossed straps at the back; they offer more support. And make sure it really fits, because you'll probably be spending a lot of time in it!!

A breast is made up of connecting tissue, fat and mussel. If properly supported the breast won't sag as you get older. A good bra is always recommended but during any sports activities it's a must. The bouncing up and down will cause the tissue to disconnect little by little causing the breast to sag. As stated in the first answer, a good sports bra is the best support. Don't be cheep when buying one! You won't regret it when you are older.

It kind of flattens you out and lifts you up, so you don't bounce around so much. I highly recommend one if you're going to be doing sports, or even working out. They really are much better than regular bras. And don't skimp. This is one area where the more it costs, the better it probably is. Probably don't buy one less than about $25-30.
