The doctor told me the best exercise I could due, to my HEEL SPURS, FIBROMLYGA & OSTHEO-ARTHURITIC Would be on a treadmill, this way I could stop anytime I wanted to..If I walk outside and the pain hits, what do I do?????? That`s my problem ans Also I can`t afford a treadmill on retirement

Try getting a rebounder (mini-trampoline). They are cheap...about $30-40...and very easy on the knees. On top of that they don't take up the room of a treadmill and have other health benefits...and they are actually kind of fun.

Contact your church. They might make an announcement or put a note in the bulletin. Your local Social Services might be able to help. You might also consider putting an ad in your local paper. Many times people just tire of exercise equipment and are just glad to get it out of the house.
