Too many to mention! For fiction, I guess I could narrow my list down to The Hobbit by Tolkien, Christy by Marshall, To Kill a Mockingbird by Lee, The Day of the Storm by Pilcher,and The Blue Bottle Club by Stokes.
For nonfiction my favorite is The Bible, either the NIV or the New Living Translation.
