I was on holiday at Cape Cod, Mass. It was about 10 yrs. ago. My friends and I were walking on the sidewalk, when a car went through a red light. There was a car coming the other way. If was a horrific collision. We ran over to see if we could help, and the woman who had run the red light, was decapitated. My friends and I couldn't even scream we just stood there for about 30 seconds. Finally I snapped out of it and called 911 (your 999). I honestly don't remember much after that.
