Have you not got a washing line? Or a tumble drier. otherwise, put the clothes horse in a room that the dogs don't go in, possibly the bathroom.

There are sprays and carpet powders at most pet stores and the 'super' stores like Waly-Mart & Target
Also fogers ---yes you must get rid of the fleas in the carpet or you will continue to have a problem.
Read the label and follow all of the instructions - especially the one that says to remove pets and your self from the house before fogging .Good luck

Do you not have a washing line? As long as the dog is being treated for the flea problem, the fleas will feed off the dog and die, they will not live in your clothes, they feed off blood. It may take a while before the fleas disappear, but they will go

Put them in the dryer. The heat will kill the fleas.
To kill the fleas on the floor, put salt on the entire floor (all of them that the dogs go into), leave over night, then vaccum it up.
Salt and heat kills fleas.

Spread a rope from wall to wall in laundry room and hang them from there. Or hang them outside if you can.
