Anyway, I would complain to the Business Bureau. The one without that "Better". They might be more serious....

You should complain to their general manger Mr. Worse Lazy.

Mr. worse SHOULD be in the office everyday from 8:00am to 2:00pm but because he is a little bit Lazy he gonna NEVER be there.
