I think Kanye because of the way he actually sings and doesn't talk like 50 cent. Ok I know 50 cent "raps" but come on it's basically talking really fast.

I would say Kanye West, because he's real, with what he raps about, other than 50 cent who raps about things that most people want to hear is sex and ****, and thats just lame.

50 cent, at least his tracks are original and not just old songs remade with new lyrics like almost all of Kanye West's songs.
