Check the clutch cable, it may have broke. Or you may need a new clutch. That is easy to replace in a small truck. Just pull the transmision out and get a new clutch for your truck.

because we have to apply force to get the clutch to release i would not believe that the issue is with the clutch, i am curios to see if your clutch is actually stuck in the release position...

Does your RPM rises by ability of it particularly is self? ( engine noise is going louder ) ? it might desire to be purely a fork if it particularly is purely the pedal... a fork is between the areas of the grasp equipment. might desire to be purely a fork. do you pay attention extra noises? verify your grasp fluid under the hood. are you able to shift your gears in place? i might actual initiate with the grasp fluid confirm you wipe the cap nicely until now you open it in case you're making plans to open it.. you do no longer might desire to open it. you will discover the point mark on the plastic field. this is generally close to the brake fluid. you are able to upload brake fluid into your grasp fluid yet verify your instruction manual until now doing so.
