i have this darn bamboo tree and it gives off this weird sap maybe? not sure but only one side of my car has water spots from it and i need a easy fast and cheap way of getting it off without messin up my windows or paint i tried the lemon juice but that didnt work. please and thank u

On the glass, use toothpaste. Just a plain white toothpaste on a rag and scrub it.
On the paint, try using a bug and tar remover and see if that cuts through the spots.

Use a polishing compound (under $5) on the paint and a glass polish (under $10) on the glass
