Can anyone help me with this I have noticed that all the QB's have been wearing round Green Stickers on the back of their helmet and I was wondering what it is for?

The stickers are on the helmets with a radio. Only one radio on the field at a time.

It is the only player on the field that can communicate with the
other support staff and hence the helmet with the green sticker
on the back will indicate that.

I am not sure, if the same applies to the defense, as I did not
observe the sticker nor the commentators mentioned it.

The helmets with the green dot indicate there is radio communication in the helmet. Only the quarterback is allowed to wear a radio enabled helmet.

Type "green stickers" in the search box and you'll know everything you ever wanted to know about green stickers. You'll save some points and pi** off a lot fewer people.

Its to show that those are the helmets that are equipped with mics, so they can get the plays from the sideline.

You didn't see ALL the matches to your question as you were typing it in????? This question has only been asked 300 times (conservatively) this weekend.
